Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Power Bank Check ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
1. What the App is
An informational tool that reads a battery's label, estimates its watt-hours, summarises airline and regulator rules published by others, and compares batteries with public product-recall data.
2. Information only
Airline and regulator rules change, sometimes without notice, and the App's summary may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Label reading can misread a number. The airline, airport security and flight crew have the final say on what you may carry. Always check with your airline before you fly. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or speaking for any airline, the TSA, the FAA, ICAO or the CPSC.
3. Recalls
Recall results come from public data and our own review of it. "No recall found" does not mean a battery is safe, and a match may be imperfect. Follow the manufacturer's and the CPSC's instructions for any recalled product. Stop using any battery that is swollen, damaged, hot or smells.
4. Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, sold and billed by Apple. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's subscription settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, including denied boarding, confiscated items, missed flights, property damage or injury.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
